Steel Life photo shoot

I’ve been photographing the Steel Life range at SQ1 studios with Bob Newman. It’s been great to see a whole lot of the stools together. The Steel Life furniture is an aluminium cushion on a base of Corten steel. Available as a bench or stools.I love the rust as a strong juxposition to the shiny anodised aluminium. The night time shoot in the loading bay of SQ1 brought out these qualities. The texture demands a tactile experience that sits perfectly in an outdoor setting.
